Help Your Teen Driver With Safe Driver Toolboxes

March 31, 2014 | Category: Automobile Accidents | Share

Once they have their drivers' licenses, a parents job with teens is not over.  It is just beginning.  The American Automobile Association (AAA) reports that car crashes are the number one killer of teens in the United States; approximately 5,000 teens die in car crashes each year.  Although only 7% of the licensed U.S. drivers, 15-20 year olds account for almost 20% of fatal crashes.

"With statistics like these, it is important that we all look for tools to help us, help our teens.  There are numerous sources of information.  We are presenting two of them, AAA's Teen Driver Toolbox and Toyota's TeenDrive365, in the hopes that by reviewing, and using these tools, families may be saved from the tragedy of teen deaths due to vehicle accidents," says Port Charlotte Accident Attorney, Randall Spivey of Spivey Law Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.A.
