Tricia Spivey earned a bachelor’s degree as a Finance Major from Florida Southern College, graduating summa cum laude in 1991. She was awarded the distinction of Outstanding Finance Graduate while at Florida Southern College. Ms. Spivey received her Juris Doctor of Law degree from Florida State University, College of Law, graduating with high honors in 1994.
