We at Spivey Law Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.A. dedicate our practice to the support of those and their families who are victims of the negligence of others. Our team recognizes the importance of our mission and the importance of supporting the community in which our clients live and work.

We support motorcycle community outreach programs through Fort Myers Bike Nights and the ABATE Christmas ride which provides the residents of the Douglas T. Jacobson Veterans Home with holiday gifts.

We recognize that youth are our tomorrow and proudly support youth education through the We Fish for Erik Annual Tournament to provide scholarships; Cape Coral Shop With a Cop, Fort Myers Shop With a Cop, Naples Cops & Kids Shopping to assist young people; youth sports through Gateway Soccer, Florida Youth Basketball, Court Vision Basketball, District 18 Little League, the DasHuh Basketball Foundation, Southwest Florida Youth Baseball Ft. Myers High School Green Wave sports; and youth safety through the Path2Freedom efforts to prevent youth trafficking.   

Southwest Florida professional associations conduct events to support the community. Over the years, we have joined them by supporting the Asian Professionals Association’s AsiaFest, the Annual Jog for Justice 5K Run/Walk, the 2018 Judicial Reception of the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers, and wildlife preservation through CROW at the Burroughs Home and Gardens.
