Lee County Jury Awards $2.7 Million to Cape Coral PlaintiffsAugust 24, 2012 | Category: Automobile Accidents | Share
The plaintiffs, represented by Personal Injury Trial Attorney, Randall Spivey, were awarded $2.7 million following a 4-day jury trial in Lee County, Florida. The injured man suffered significant burns to his body along with fractures to his face and shoulder blade when the car in which he was a front-seat passenger skidded on a rain-slicked road, hit a guardrail and burst into flames. Injuries required him to undergo skin graft procedures, a 4-week hospital stay in Tampa, and a change to his life which will last forever. His wife was awarded for past and future losses of her "husband's services".
Mr. Spivey commented, "The plaintiff will never be able to enjoy the life he had prior to the crash. The jury verdict will allow my client to get the on-going treatment and therapy that he needs but couldn't afford."

The injury may seem minor at the time; however, in many instances, there may be unforeseen therapy and on-going medical treatment required, the expenses for which may be difficult to personally handle.
If you are injured in an accident, Randall Spivey would be honored to personally speak with you.
