Well,  for many of us it was when we were in high school.  How long ago was that?  Vehicles have changed, roads have changed, and laws have changed.  Edgar Dale, the American educationist who developed the Code of Learning shows that after  2 weeks we tend to remember only 50% of what we hear and see, and 10% of what we read.    How long ago was it, again, since you've had a "safe driver" course?
