Boat Fires - Who Is At Fault?

On Sunday, January 14, 2018 a ferry boat, which was carrying passengers to a casino ship off the Florida Gulf Coast, caught fire. Petty Officer 1st Class Michael De Nyse of the U.S. Coast Guard said that investigators will determine a cause for Sunday night's fire and will examine the history of the boat and the company, Tropical Breeze Casino.  

Using Turn Signals Is Not Optional

How often have you been traveling in your vehicle and have seen drivers change lanes or make turns without using their turn signals? Researchers at the Society of Automotive Engineers say that it is probably 48 percent of the time when changing lanes, and 25 percent of the time when making other turns.

On January 17, 2018 the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NAS) issued a press release which says, “Despite progress in recent decades, more than 10,000 alcohol-impaired driving fatalities occur each year in the U.S."
