According to Path2Freedom, millions of men, women and children are trafficked in countries around the world every year. The United States is among them. Estimates show that human trafficking generates many billions of dollars of profit per year, second only to drug trafficking as the most profitable form of transnational crime. Victims rarely come forward to seek help because of language barriers, fear of the traffickers, and/or fear of law enforcement.
One of the programs Path2Freedom has launched for comprehensive long-term care for adolescent survivors of sex trafficking is The Magnolia House. The Magnolia House is a group home for adolescent girls rescued from sex trafficking. It is a private, undisclosed home.
On Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., Path to Freedom is holding its 4th Annual Red Gala at the Hilton of Naples. The event will raise funds for Path2Freedom with dinner, dancing, and live and silent auctions.
